I’m Allison!  I am a mama to four precious kids, former military spouse, licensed social worker, self-proclaimed hotel-snob, and lover of coffee.  My family lives in a Texas college town with phenomenal sunsets and even more phenomenal people. 

This motherhood journey has been profoundly life and heart-changing for me and I am hopeful that this blog will be a place of comfort amidst the chaos for other mamas, where I can share stories, strategies and encouragement.   In this day of social media and comparison it is so easy to think there is a “right” way to mother.  I wholeheartedly believe that motherhood is NOT a one-size-fits-all journey.  It took me a few years of mothering to learn this, and so much freedom has come with having redefined my motherhood.  I invite you to follow along and know that I am cheering you on as you redefine YOUR motherhood, in your corner of the world.
